Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made through the Columbus International School CRM Portal.
Fee Payments
- All school fees once paid are generally non-refundable
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to school management approval
Duplicate or Failed Transactions
- Any duplicate payment made due to technical issues will be reviewed
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 working days depending on the payment gateway and bank.
